Habilitation — Adult Developmental Home

At The Blooming Homes, our Adult Developmental Homes give individuals with disabilities a stable, supportive place to live. Each home is managed by a licensed caregiver who provides 24-hour care and supervision in a small residential setting.

Residents share the home with up to three other individuals with developmental disabilities. The small size is intentional. It allows for real connection between residents, consistent routines, and individualized attention that larger settings can't match.

Our homes are set up with accessibility and safety in mind. Caregivers are trained to support individuals with a range of needs, including medical conditions and behavioral challenges. They focus on helping each resident develop daily living skills, maintain their health, and participate in their community on their own terms.
