Our team members provide direct care in residential settings across Arizona. We value reliability, compassion, and a willingness to learn. Experience in the DDD/HCBS system is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
What We Look For
- Compassion and patience in working with individuals who have developmental disabilities
- Reliability and strong communication skills
- Willingness to complete required DDD training and certifications
- A valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card background check
