Attendant Care

Attendant Care is a direct support service that helps individuals with disabilities manage their daily activities and stay connected to their communities. At The Blooming Homes, our Attendant Care staff work one-on-one with each individual based on their specific needs and schedule.

Services can include assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, household tasks, community outings, transportation, and other activities identified in the individual's ISP.

The goal of Attendant Care is simple: help each person do more of what they want to do, with the right level of support. For some individuals, that means assistance with morning routines. For others, it means a staff member joining them for grocery shopping or a community event. Every plan is different because every person is different.

Attendant Care is authorized through the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) under service code 28. Services are delivered according to the individual's approved service plan and can be adjusted as their needs change.
