Our Team
Our team brings lived experience, professional training, and genuine care to every home we run. We are direct support workers, care coordinators, and administrators who chose this work on purpose. We did not stumble into this field. We came here because we believe the individuals we support deserve care that is consistent, dignified, and personal.
Every staff member at Blooming Homes is trained in Arizona DDD compliance and person-centered care. But beyond the certifications, we are a team that shows up. We learn the routines, preferences, and goals of each individual we support. We communicate with families. We hold each other accountable.
The individuals in our homes are not cases to be managed. They are people with lives worth investing in, and our team treats them that way every single day.
George Sidiq
Program Administrator
George serves as Program Administrator for The Blooming Homes, providing leadership and oversight across the agency’s programs and daily operations. He helps guide program development, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and the implementation of policies and procedures that support safe and consistent services. He works closely with staff, members, families, guardians, support coordinators, and community partners to help ensure services are person-centered, responsive to individual needs, and aligned with each member’s goals and preferences. His leadership focuses on accountability, staff development, service quality, safety, and creating a supportive environment where individuals can build independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.
