By creating an account and using BrightKids Academy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App, including parents, guardians, and administrators.
You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create an account. Children under 13 may only use the App through a parent-created and parent-managed profile. Children do not have independent accounts. By registering, you represent that you are a parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create.
You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring your child's profile PIN is kept secure • Providing accurate and up-to-date information You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@brightkidsacademy.com.
You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App • Upload or share content that is inappropriate, harmful, or violates any law • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The educational content provided in BrightKids Academy is intended for general educational purposes and supplementary learning. It is not a substitute for formal schooling or professional educational services. We strive to ensure accuracy of educational content, but we make no warranty that all content is error-free. If you identify an error, please report it to content@brightkidsacademy.com.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with COPPA and do not collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. Parents have the right to review, correct, and delete their child's information at any time.
You may delete your account at any time from the Parent Dashboard. Upon deletion, all your data and your children's data will be permanently removed. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightKids Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or learning progress, arising from your use of the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
